Rode 16 miles on the A&Y Trail today. I started at the Summerfield end, rode to the other end at Golden Corral on Markland Drive, and then returned with a trip through County Park and the Guilford Battle Grounds. Lots of wet leaves on the trail means you must be careful. The Summerfield end has a lot of pressure ridges on the asphalt that makes a rough ride. Dropped the bike off at Performace Bicycle for its annual tuneup.
