The greenway is clear. There some overflow on the concrete sidewalk and some rushing water over the concrete ford but the area is passable Just go slow and remember to be in a low gear so you can get up the steep side of the ford.
The trail is in good shape. The surface is hard with water puddles only in the usual places.
