Bond funds
The city is starting work on upgrading the facilities at Salem Lake using 4 million dollars of bond funds. I do not see any plans to use ANY of the funds to upgrade the trail that is used EVERY DAY by a hundred or more walkers, runners, and cyclists. However, MUCH of the funds will be used to build a community center to hold occasional events for a few people.
